Distributor seeks service engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience in repair of High Volume Bakery Automated Handling & Packaging Machinery to visit with customers and maintain, diagnose, and repair their equipment.

Visit customers and:

DIAGNOSE and verify problem

DETERMINE

appropriate action: repair, re-build, replace parts, etc.

TEST and validate corrective action

COMMUNICATE

findings to customer

DOCUMENT

activities for company and client.

Duties will also include installation, set up and calibration of new equipment, and the creation and implementation of preventative maintenance programs for customers.

Knowledge of PLC systems is important. Company will consider any combination of experience and training

Technical Certification plus closely related experience.

Roller, Belt, Feeders, Product Aligners, Tray orienters, Stack Lifting, Trash Dumping, Auto Washers, etc

Shaker, Vacuum, Cyclone, Inverters, Sweepers, etc
Pan & Tray Coolers & Cleaners
Pan & Tray Stackers & Unstackers
Basket Handlers
Slicers:
Hinge, Butterfly, Full & Top Cutting; Reciprocating, etc
Baggers & Bag Sealers
Machine Vision & X-Ray Inspection Equipment
Box, Basket, Tray & Dolley Loaders:
Check Weighing; Height Measurement; Pattern Forming; Orienters; etc

Box & Tray Formers:

Card Inserters; Folders & Gluers; Labelers; etc.
