  • seeks articulate, personable technician or engineer to service customers. Must have knowledge of High Volume Bakery Automated Handling & Packaging Automation and Processing equipment such as:
  • Conveyor Systems:
    Roller, Belt, Feeders, Product Aligners, Tray orienters, Stack Lifting, Trash Dumping, Auto Washers, etc.
  • Depanners:
    Shaker, Vacuum, Cyclone, Inverters, Sweepers, etc.
  • Pan & Tray Coolers & Cleaners
  • Pan & Tray Stackers & Unstackers
  • Basket Handlers
  • Slicers:
    Hinge, Butterfly, Full & Top Cutting; Reciprocating, etc.
  • Baggers & Bag Sealers
  • Machine Vision & X-Ray Inspection Equipment
  • Box, Basket, Tray & Dolley Loaders:
    Check Weighing; Height Measurement; Pattern Forming; Orienters; etc.

Box & Tray Formers:
Card Inserters; Folders & Gluers; Labelers; etc.

Visit customers and diagnose, repair, maintain and re-build equipment. Install, set up, and calibrate new machinery. Train operators and technicians on the floor. Create and sell "add ons" such as preventative maintenance programs.

Needed skills:
  • Ability to program PLC systems.
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Experience with intricate hydraulic or pneumatic actuators and accessories.
  • Understanding of schematics and drawings
  • Interpersonal & communication skills.
