Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer/Programmer to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety across production lines. Your expertise in process engineering, automation, CAD design, and project management will drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the seamless integration of new technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of manufacturing innovation within a collaborative and growth-focused environment. Duties Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for Aerospace, Oil & Gas and industrial products to maximize productivity and quality. Utilize CAD software such as Master CAM and SolidWorks to Model pats, design tooling, fixtures, schematics, and process layouts that support manufacturing objectives. Program and troubleshoot CNC programs for CNC machines, Tool paths, SPC sheetst to ensure optimal operation. Conduct root cause analysis on process deviations or quality issues using Six Sigma methodologies and lead corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams, production staff, quality assurance, and suppliers to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies. Manage project schedules from conception through execution by applying project management best practices in a manufacturing setting. Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives aligned with
ISO 9001
standards and lean management practices to enhance operational efficiency. Skills Extensive experience with process engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments; strong mechanical knowledge is essential. Proficiency in CAD software such as Master CAM and SolidWorks Skilled in programming CNC equipment including Fanuc, OSP and Seimens controllers. Strong analytical skills for engineering data analysis; adept at root cause analysis and implementing quality improvement programs. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), industrial automation, and continuous improvement strategies. Proven ability to lead projects involving factory experience, process troubleshooting, team leadership, schematics creation, and factory floor optimization. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
