Right now, we're seeking a Packaging Manager who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and can help drive operational excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in packaging systems and some field service exposure-someone comfortable leading teams while staying close to the equipment and customers.

What You Will Be DoingLead, train, and develop a team supporting packaging operations and customer service needsOversee installation, startup, and troubleshooting of packaging equipment (fillers, sealers, conveyors, labeling systems, etc.)Work directly with customers to ensure performance, uptime, and satisfactionSupport field service efforts, including on-site diagnostics and issue resolutionCoordinate maintenance schedules and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with leadership on operational strategy and team growthWhat You Need for this Position5-10 years of experience in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial environmentsPrior leadership experience managing teams in a production or service settingHands-on experience with packaging equipment (fillers, labelers, conveyors, palletizers, etc.)Exposure to field service, installation, or customer-facing technical supportStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with automation, controls (PLCs), and production systemsStrong communication and customer relationship skillsWillingness to travel as needed to support customers and operations; up to 50% within 1-2 hour distance
