Job Description Design, develop, and implement manufacturing equipment and tooling solutions to support production needs. Modify, upgrade, and optimize existing equipment to improve efficiency and reliability. Identify equipment requirements, evaluate suppliers, support capital requests, and coordinate purchasing activities. Develop standardized work instructions and train employees on manufacturing processes and equipment operation. Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process issues while partnering with maintenance teams to resolve technical challenges. Coordinate tooling and fixture management, including repairs, inventory requirements, and prioritization of resources. Create, maintain, and improve production standards and manufacturing documentation. Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations. Promote a safe working environment by identifying and eliminating operational risks and barriers. Analyze production performance, monitor process effectiveness, and implement process enhancements where needed. Support training efforts, technical problem-solving, and production activities on the shop floor. Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to broader operational initiatives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred. Approximately 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong CAD proficiency, including experience with AutoCAD and related design software. Hands-on mechanical aptitude with a passion for solving technical problems in a manufacturing setting. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment, assess design feasibility, and implement practical solutions. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and utilize precision measuring equipment. Knowledge of
