Job Description

Deliver engineering elements of APQP for requirements management, boundary diagrams, interface analysis, quality function deployment (qfd), design failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA), Design verification plans & report (DVP&R), Process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), and Process control plan. Deliver comprehensive list of recommended design and process actions, special process controls, and validation activities to mitigate high-risk areas. Contribute to the concept, development, and design of components, subsystems, or processes. Perform analysis work to identify design/process risk and develop mitigation plans. Perform quality control for design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control, metrology, automated testing, software, research and development, and administrative application. Primary worksite is Canton MI, but relocation is possible.
