$65,000 - $95,000/year (based on experience, location, and technical skills) About This Opportunity Amoha Recruitment Services is building a talent pipeline of early-career Manufacturing Engineers for upcoming client engagements across automotive, aerospace, medical devices, electronics, industrial equipment, consumer products, and other manufacturing industries. We work with candidates on OPT, STEM-OPT, and H-1B status, as well as US Citizens and Green Card holders. What You'll Do (Typical Responsibilities Across Client Engagements) Support manufacturing and production teams in improving processes, productivity, and efficiency Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, defects, waste, and opportunities for improvement Develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures Assist with process optimization, capacity planning, and production line improvements Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives Work with cross-functional teams including production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and maintenance Monitor key manufacturing metrics such as throughput, cycle time, scrap, downtime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) Assist with implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and production ramp-up activities Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and performance presentations for stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, industrial engineering, process engineering, or a related field Understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and process improvement principles Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis Ability to analyze production data and identify process improvement opportunities Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Skills That Strengthen Your Application Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis Familiarity with DMAIC and continuous improvement processes CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo Manufacturing systems such as MES, ERP, SAP, or Oracle Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Process Capability Analysis Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, and APQP Knowledge of CNC machining, injection molding, assembly, welding, or other manufacturing processes Power BI or Tableau for manufacturing data visualization Python, SQL, or other data-analysis tools Experience with automation, robotics, PLCs, or industrial control systems Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation Work Authorization We welcome and support candidates who are: US Citizens or Green Card holders On F-1 OPT or
