As a Manufacturing Engineer - 1st Shift, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. $57.75 What's the Job? Lead the introduction of new products into the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth integration and operational efficiency. Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes to optimize labor and material costs, increasing productivity and profitability. Provide technical support across manufacturing areas to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions, minimizing production disruptions. Identify, reduce, and eliminate ergonomic risks in the workplace to promote a safe and healthy environment for all team members. Lead strategic projects related to process, product, or corporate change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption. What's Needed? Possession of a 4-year technical degree or equivalent education in a related field. Strong analysis skills with knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques. Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven project management and leadership abilities to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
