This role will focus on manufacturing process development, equipment installation, workstation/layout implementation, material flow, and Lean manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Support setup and launch of a new manual assembly/manufacturing line . Coordinate installation of manufacturing equipment, machines, material carts, racks, and material-handling systems . Develop and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, workstation layouts, and station controls . Support manufacturing planning, tooling requirements, process capability, and control plans. Implement Lean / Operational Excellence principles to improve safety, quality, cost, and productivity. Work with engineering and manufacturing teams on DFM and new product/process introduction . Utilize CAD tools to support manufacturing layouts, equipment, and product/process development. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (BSME/BSIE) - REQUIRED 1-5 years of Manufacturing/Process Engineering experience ; internship/co-op experience considered. Experience with mechanical products, equipment, systems, and manufacturing processes . Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence experience. Manufacturing process setup or production-line setup knowledge. CAD experience with AutoCAD and Creo and/or SolidWorks . Experience supporting mechanical design, product development, or mechanical equipment. Preferred Experience Heavy industrial equipment manufacturing
