Job Description

Westshore Electronics is looking for an individual that values a positive work culture and the ability to make a difference every day you are at work. Our core niche is small to mid-volume contract PCB manufacturing that focuses on very high quality products crafted by expert technicians and production level personnel. We have new SMT production equipment, AOI, x-ray, board/screen washer that enables us to deliver the best quality products to our customers. Candidates will individuals that value working in an environment that is highly collaborative, professional, with room to grow. Develops, implements, and maintains the Quality Management System. Lead company's efforts in continued ISO, FM, and UL certification and compliance. Establish and execute the internal and supplier quality audit plan. Prepares organization for third-party audits and maintains inspection reports and records. Responsible for conducting monthly management review against organizational KPI's. Responsible for conducting annual review of company performance against established metrics. Collaborate with Engineering to ensure that process controls are robust, error proof the processes. Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with Operations to maximize product reliability. Develops, maintains, and provides training materials per the Training Program for production personnel. Lead the root cause identification and correction process. PPAP Submittal Activity- Interface with customers with the focus on PPAP review Knowledge and practice of Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Policies & Procedural Requirements. PFMEA & Process control plan development and revision Assist with corrective action follow-up/closure (including 8-D's, 5-Whys, CAR's, etc.) Any other task as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience, in internal auditing
Industry:
Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing, preferred
Knowledge:
ISO 9001IPC 610, IPC
620, J-STD-001, preferred
Computer Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Office experience, required. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferred.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
