We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a real impact on our production floor. What You'll Do:
Collaborate with product teams to develop standardized procedures and documentation that ensure consistent, high-quality, and low-cost manufacturing. Provide technical support for capital equipment planning and implementation. Design and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling for both current production and new product launches. Lead APQP teams and continuous improvement initiatives using the Project Launch Guide and Autocam Production System (APS). Create and maintain accurate process documentation, work instructions, and cost standards. Accurately quote new parts and update existing customer quotes. Train operators on machine operations, SPC, document interpretation, and process improvement. Interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T principles. Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
What You Bring:
BS degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training with 2+ years of experience. Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency in technical documentation, cost estimation, and manufacturing software systems. Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Experience with APQP, GD&T, and lean manufacturing principles.
You should be proficient in:
