Up to 50% (including Sharonville and Kentucky plants) Job Summary Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with Controls/Electrical Engineering experience to support new vehicle and component launch programs. The role involves manufacturing process development, tooling implementation, launch support, and cross-functional collaboration in automotive manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Support manufacturing launch activities for new vehicle programs. Lead tooling installation, startup, commissioning, and issue resolution. Develop and maintain process documentation and manufacturing layouts. Collaborate with Product Development to improve quality, efficiency, and manufacturability. Track project timelines and drive launch readiness. Support assembly plants and supplier locations as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred). Automotive Manufacturing Engineering experience. Controls engineering experience required. Experience with automotive assembly, machining, tooling, or manufacturing processes. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CAD review tools (CATIA, Teamcenter, VisMockup, etc.). Ability to travel extensively and work onsite. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of PFMEA, GD&T, control charts, and manufacturing quality tools. Experience with automotive systems such as Electrical, Powertrain, Chassis, Battery Assembly, or Machining. Familiarity with Ford systems such as Teamcenter, WERS, AVBOM, AIM, and GSPAS/APT.
