Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Develop and implement New Product through creation of work instructions, procedures, process documents and required study.
  • Provide manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing through creation of work instructions, procedures, and process documents.
  • Responsible of the completion the APQP phases and required documents: Feasibility assessment Package preparation Iterations Production preparation plan Production readiness review Production process run
  • Perform validation for new/existing processes to meet customer requirements.
  • Investigate process related issues and provide solutions.
  • Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
  • Assist in shop floor personnel training as applicable on Iterations steps and production process run step.
  • Implementation of new product/Manufacturing packages on ERP system.
  • Perform product disposition during the non-conforming product meeting.
  • Actively participates and initiate continuous improvement/cost saving as well as Kaizen workshops/EHS activities
  • Technical support for equipment s validation/qualification.
Requirements Engineering Degree in Material Science, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, tooling design and specifications. Up to 2-3 years of working experience. Good level of English and good communication skills.
