Salary:
$80,000 - $115,000 DOE Position Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support and improve production operations through process optimization, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will focus on increasing efficiency, reducing downtime, improving quality, and supporting manufacturing excellence across the facility. Responsibilities Improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and overall productivity.
Analyze production data and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process and equipment issues.
Support automation, robotics, CNC, and other manufacturing technologies.
Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams on continuous improvement projects.
Evaluate new equipment and process improvement opportunities, including ROI analysis.
Support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
Experience in a production environment with a focus on process improvement.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
CAD experience is a plus.
Automation, robotics, machining, or reliability experience preferred. Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance
