We are looking for a passionate and innovative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues. Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and reduce waste. Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing environment. Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and technologies. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
