As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be part of the SGNCOE team supporting prototype and product builds, manufacturing operations, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, initiative, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

$55.28/hr What's the Job? Evaluate designs for manufacturability improvements and implement process enhancements. Develop robust manufacturing processes that support product and business objectives. Test products, perform failure analysis, and communicate results using formal processes. Collect, analyze, and publish data while creating supporting documentation and reports. Coordinate projects, communicate status to leadership, and train factory personnel during transition activities. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering). Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience. Experience with process improvement, process development, data analysis, and product testing. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
