Job Description

Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the leading and coordinating all technical aspects of product development projects from concept through production. Responsibilities Lead and manage all techical aspects of product development projects from conception to production ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, design, supply chain, and operations to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Conduct new product introduction (NPI). Act as the primary liaison between design engineering and operations during new product lauches. Oversee manufacturing readiness, process qualification, and production validation. Develop cost models, quotes, and process routings. Communicate pricing and delivery estimates to customers, ensuring competitive pricing and target gross margins. Prepare and present project documentation, including reports, schedules, and technical specifications. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field. 2+ years of experience in project engineering or a similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient in project management software and engineering tools. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
