Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer position works both independently and as part of a team to maintain and improve processes and systems used in product manufacturing. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Perform quoting/estimating duties and specify tooling requirements
- CNC Programming
- Perform technical analysis of manufacturing processes to support management decisions
- Troubleshoot day-to-day process issues, develop solutions, and monitor improvments
- CAD Design
- Aid in design of fixture requirements
- Analyze and deploy Engineering Change notices
- Establish and maintain Bill of Materials
- Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements
- Provide day-to-day coaching duties in absence of team leader
Required Qualifications:
- University or technical school degree in a Manufacturing Engineering-related degree.
- Proficiency in Micro Estimating, Solid Works, Cam Works, Master Cam, and
PC - DNC
