Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II for a Contract with a client in St Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, tooling, and production efficiency while supporting daily operations and resolving manufacturing issues.

Rate Range:

$38/Hour to $40/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Manufacturing Engineer II Responsibilities include:

Support and continuously improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment issues while providing timely support for production line concerns. Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools such as DMAIC, SPC, and Value Stream Mapping. Monitor and maintain production metrics, status reports, and performance statistics for assigned product lines. Develop, update, and manage manufacturing process documentation to ensure compliance and standardization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, drive quality improvements, and achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or process engineering environment. Experience with manufacturing process improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis. Pay Details:
