A Manufacturing Test Engineer supports an efficient manufacturing process by developing and executing procedures to test the efficiency of machinery within a manufacturing environment. Assesses and analyzes production test data, and suggests any corrective actions for identified deficiencies within the equipment. Sets up routine maintenance schedules and suggest new processes or upgrades to enhance overall efficiency

Job Description
Desired Qualifications Required Education:
2-year Degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering or equivalent work experience and knowledge.Experience:
Understanding of LEAN methodologies and applying such tools to operations. Hearing or medical device experience 1-3 years of equipment experience in a production environment with assembly Electronic assembly, firmware management, 3D printing systems, UV cure systems, acoustical test systems, laser marking 1-3 years of experience working in a regulated environment (i.e.ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA QSR
) Experience with data acquisition/analysis, and demonstrated ability for fact-based decision-making leveraging analyticsTravel:
Limited travel as needed by project. 0-1 weeks annually.Other:

Office and light assembly operations.Physical Demands:

Pay Transparency Notice:
Total annual compensation for this position includes a competitive base pay, along with performance-based commissions that reward you for your contributions to the company's success. Depending on your work location, the hourly pay for this position may range from $30.00- $33.
