Highlights of your role Work closely with cross-functional teams. Gain an understanding of the daily challenges on the production floor. Support specific Product Groups in meeting their goals. Identify and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) and LEAN concepts. Use Engineering principles and CI tools to establish current state and develop future state plans. Maintain a future state roadmap for capital project proposals. Support projects and equipment acquisition. Exhibit knowledge of layout planning, work procedures, cost impacts, crewing guidelines, and takt time impact for support initiatives. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) BS degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical 3-5 years Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience A proven ability to communicate well with others and ask insightful questions Ability to use or learn AutoCAD and Inventor Ability to participate on, and lead, cross-functional teams Knowledge of manufacturing principals, procedures, and technology Ability and willingness to mentor others in the use of Engineering principals Project Management experience We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
