Experience supporting product development from concept through production. Experience managing or coordinating engineering projects across multiple workstreams. Experience with project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking. Experience with project management tools and basic scheduling methods. Experience with embedded electrical and software systems. Experience with Stage-Gate or similar product development processes. Experience performing project risk assessments and developing mitigation plans. Experience tracking engineering deliverables, actions, approvals, and project documentation. Experience developing and analyzing project KPIs. Knowledge of engineering standards, technical specifications, and product development requirements. Job Responsibilities Lead engineering projects from concept through production release. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements. Coordinate engineering activities across multiple actuator platforms. Track project progress and identify schedule, technical, resource, and execution risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation and corrective action plans. Manage Stage-Gate readiness, including entry and exit criteria, required artifacts, approvals, and traceability. Track project actions, decisions, deliverables, and closure status. Maintain engineering documentation and audit-ready project records. Develop KPI dashboards and analyze project performance data. Identify recurring project issues and recommend process or tool improvements. Oversee technical execution to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications. Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and related functions. Ensure electrical and software deliverables remain aligned with platform and feature requirements. Monitor project performance against technical, schedule, and budget objectives. Prepare project status, risk, milestone, and performance reporting for stakeholders and leadership. Support project reviews, technical reviews, and product development milestones.
