Job Description

Role Overview:
This position involves driving the development of new technologies and mass production processes by market sensing and concept development, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of high-level CAD drawings using 2D/3D layouts, simulations, and standards for prototypes, engineering estimates, and mass production. Guide project teams to meet development targets, coordinate resources, communicate progress, and ensure milestone achievement. Manage bill of materials to track impacts of new features and maintain cost targets through analysis and supplier negotiations. Innovate product features and improve manufacturing efficiency independently to enhance competitiveness. Support quality and value assurance initiatives, analyze root causes, and develop corrective actions proactively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 8 years of engineering experience, preferably in Powersports or Power Equipment, and proven project leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
Primarily desk-based with occasional travel, including possible overseas visits. Must adhere to safety policies and conduct professionally at all times.
