Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations of fabrication and assembly processes—including brazing, welding, and machining. Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements. Design and optimize tooling, fixtures, and electromechanical systems. Support automation and capital equipment projects from concept through implementation. Create and update standard work instructions, process documentation, and quality checks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain, and engineering). Participate in DFM/A, PFMEA, and lean manufacturing initiatives. Assist in new product introduction and support early production ramp-up. Provide informal technical guidance to operators and technicians. Assist with data collection, KPI tracking, and reporting using Excel or Power BI.
