Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer-Onsite in Western, NC As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will join a collaborative engineering team helping bring innovative products from prototype through production. Your ideas directly improve manufacturing performance and product quality. Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes supporting prototype, low-volume, and medium-volume production. This role focuses on improving efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing performance while supporting new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who is passionate about continuous improvement and thrives in a cross-functional environment spanning Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Benefits after probationary period: Medical (3 plans-Employer covered), Dental, Vision (These 2 are employee covered)

Process Development & Optimization Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies Improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and eliminate bottlenecks using Lean manufacturing principles Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing workflows Design production workstations, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment Support AOI, conformal coating, and other automated manufacturing processes Perform Gage R&R, process capability studies, root cause analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE) Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to support new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing improvements Quality & Process Engineering Support AOI, conformal coating, and other automated manufacturing processes Perform Gage R&R, process capability studies, root cause analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE) Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to support new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Experience withAS9100, ISO 9001, IPC
standards, or electronics manufacturing environment Experience with Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and statistical analysis Knowledge of CAD, manufacturing tooling, automation, and production processes Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Manufacturing engineering experience in electronics, aerospace, defense manufacturing, or production environments. #SNITBenefits
