Sturdy Corporation has an immediate opening for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing and engineering operations. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Product Engineers, Quality, and Manufacturing Technicians to improve processes, quality, efficiency, and cost performance. Key Responsibilities Develop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet product requirements. Analyze workflow, labor utilization, and facility space to improve efficiency. Design and implement manufacturing layouts, equipment placement, and production workflows. Create and maintain Operator Work Instructions (OWI) and PFMEA documentation; support Quality Work Instructions (QWI) and Control Plans in compliance with
