Accepting Candidates About the role This role focuses on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for metal fabricated components. The engineer will support machining operations, process planning, and shop floor execution to improve efficiency and production quality. Key Responsibilities Define and optimize manufacturing methods, processes, and equipment for metal fabrication Develop and improve machining processes (CNC, milling, turning) and support reverse engineering efforts Perform job quoting and estimating for new manufacturing work Create and manage process documentation , including tooling, fixtures, and programs Generate work instructions, inspection sheets, and production documentation Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or machining environments Strong expertise in GD&T, blueprint reading, and drawing interpretation Experience with tooling, fixtures, and process planning Exposure to work orders, sketches, and production documentation Experience collaborating with CAD programmers and shop floor teams
