May 16, 2026 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Salem, NH 03079, USA Job Details Description We're looking for a hands-on Lean Specialist to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you won't just design strategy—you'll bring it to life on the floor, partnering with teams to create safer, more efficient, and higher-performing processes. As a key member of our Operations and Supply Chain leadership team, you'll play a critical role in elevating performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Cost, while strengthening customer satisfaction and business results. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, leading change, and building a culture where Lean thinking becomes second nature. What You'll Do Lead Lean Strategy & Execution Design and implement Lean manufacturing systems, including optimized layouts, flow, and material movement Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact improvement initiatives aligned with business goals Drive enterprise-wide continuous improvement strategies that deliver measurable results Drive Kaizen & Process Improvement Facilitate value stream mapping and lead impactful Kaizen events across operations Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies—and lead teams to implement sustainable solutions Track, measure, and communicate results through clear, data-driven reporting Build Operational Excellence Own and evolve the 6S program to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace Establish KPIs, visual management systems, and governance to sustain improvements Benchmark best practices and bring innovative ideas into the organization Deliver Business Impact Improve customer satisfaction through better quality and on-time delivery Drive cost savings and cash flow improvements through productivity gains and waste reduction Reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) through disciplined Lean execution Develop People & Culture Train and coach teams on Lean principles, tools, and leadership behaviors Mentor Kaizen leaders and project teams to ensure successful execution and sustainment Build a network of Lean champions across the organization to embed continuous improvement into daily work What You Bring Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Master's preferred) Lean Green Belt certification required, Black Belt certification a plus 3+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, materials management, quality, or process improvement Hands-on involvement in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Kaizen initiatives within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments Proven track record of delivering measurable results and improving operational performance Experience implementing Lean across manufacturing and supply chain functions, with multiple cycles of application and learning Strong change leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization Excellent communication, observation, and structured problem-solving capabilities Why Join Us?
