Manufacturing About the Role Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to support quality operations, inspections, and the Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and Production team. Key Responsibilities Support compliance with ISO 9001 and
IATF 16949.
Perform first-piece, incoming, in-process, and final inspections. Utilize SPC software to monitor and maintain product quality. Inspect raw materials and finished goods from domestic and international suppliers. Perform and document First Article Inspections (FAI). Identify and report nonconforming materials. Assist with quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation. Support RMA processing and analyze quality data to identify trends and reduce returns. Coordinate calibration activities and maintain records. Support internal audits and QMS surveillance activities. Maintain quality records and documentation. Provide quality training to production personnel. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other quality-related projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. 1-3+ years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and
IATF 16949
preferred. Experience with SPC, inspections, audits, calibration, and quality documentation. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
