Job Description

Key Requirements:
10+ years of hands-on CNC machining, programming, setup, and troubleshooting. Expert in Mastercam, G-code, toolpaths, feeds & speeds , and cycle-time optimization. Experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes . Strong knowledge of tooling, fixturing, GD&T, SPC, Cp/Cpk , and quality inspection. Experience machining steel, stainless steel, plastics, Inconel, and Invar . Ability to design fixtures using CAD/SolidWorks and create technical documentation. Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills. Experience with MIM, aerospace, medical, defense, mold making, or toolmaking is a plus. Able to train CNC operators/setup personnel and provide occasional off-shift support.
