$55/hr - $60/hr
Job Summary:
This role focuses on enhancing manufacturing efficiency and product quality within a regulated environment. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean methodologies and ensuring adherence to strict quality standards. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve workflow. Develop and optimize standard operating procedures for production processes. Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve production-related issues. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality systems. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in product quality and output.
Must-Have Skills:
Extensive knowledge of Lean principles and their application. Proven experience in process optimization within a manufacturing setting. Strong understanding and application of GMP and quality systems. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is highly preferred, with a focus on industrial engineering principles and practices.
