Job Duties & Responsibilities Develop, document, and implement efficient manufacturing processes, work instructions, routers, and quality plans to support production and new product launches. Program and optimize CNC equipment, maintain offline press brake programming, and drive process improvements that reduce cycle times and manufacturing costs. Partner with production, engineering, estimating, and customers to ensure successful project execution from quoting through production. Lead continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring engineering staff and supporting prototype, pilot, and first article manufacturing activities. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field with experience in manufacturing engineering within a production environment. Experience developing manufacturing processes, CNC programming, engineering documentation, and production planning. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, blueprint interpretation, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with sheet metal fabrication, including Amada CNC punching equipment, press brake programming, and metal forming principles. Aerospace and defense manufacturing experience with knowledge of industry quality standards and first article inspection processes.
