CEO and COO Job Responsibilities:
This job description is a versatile role encompassing management, technical execution, facility design, process improvement, and documentation within a design, manufacturing, and educational environment. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: Product Development and Manufacturing 1. Develop designs and working prototypes for 3D educational toys utilizing 3D printers, lazer cutters, CNC machines and other equipment 2. Incorporate electronics into new and existing products. 3. Prepare Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans for all products. 4. Train and assist appropriate staff in execution of those plans. 5. Maintain and repair equipment and software related to classes, the makers space and product manufacturing Makers Space/ Production Facility Design 6. Set up the design of our makerspace and production facility to create an optimal workflow 7. Identify equipment needed to run our makers space and manufacture our products
Note:
Prioritization of these tasks will be determined in cooperation with other company managers and based on business needs and urgency.
Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
