This position is built for experienced technicians who enjoy solving complex problems and want to spend more time working on engines, diagnostics, and major mechanical repairs; not repetitive maintenance. What You'll Be Working On Engine replacements and engine swaps Head gasket repairs Timing chains and internal engine repairs Advanced drivability diagnostics Check Engine Light diagnostics Cylinder head replacement and repair Engine teardown and assembly Performance engine projects Complex repairs that most shops send elsewhere Working alongside our in-house engine machine shop Every day presents something different, and you'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge by working with experienced machinists and engine builders. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience Strong engine diagnostics and drivability skills Experience performing engine replacements Comfortable with timing chains, cylinder heads, and internal engine repairs Ability to diagnose difficult problems instead of replacing parts unnecessarily Pride in producing quality work Positive attitude and team-first mindset Valid driver's license ASE Certifications are a plus, but experience and ability matter more.
