Lancaster, TX Salary:
Up to $130,000 + $10,000 Bonus We are hiring a Senior Industrial Engineer to drive continuous improvement and optimize warehouse operations within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering 3+ years of warehouse/distribution or 3PL experience Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred) Experience with warehouse process improvement, WMS, AutoCAD, Excel, and Power BI Ability to lead CI, Kaizen, DMAIC, and operational improvement projects Willing to travel up to 30%
