Design Engineer Intern We are looking for a Design Engineering Intern to join our Target Rock team in the Design Engineering Department!

Hourly pay:

Your Challenge Develop and apply design engineering skills alongside Design Engineers through the following methods: Design and develop fixtures, tooling, and production hardware as needed to support Target Rock's operations departments. Generate 3D models of parts and assemblies in CAD. Create technical 2D detail and assembly drawings with appropriate tolerancing methods. Work alongside Design Engineers to support design and development projects to achieve on-time completion of milestones. Assist in the maintenance and revisions of existing Target Rock products and drawings through Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). I-deas to NX CAD file migration: Design Engineering is currently in the process of migrating files from an older CAD program that is no longer supported, to the current NX program. What You Bring Must be a US citizen Actively pursuing Four (4) year Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Nuclear Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Mathcad Founded in 1951 to meet the special severe service valve requirements of the United States Nuclear Navy, Target Rock is today the premier supplier of highly engineered, valves and related products to both the U.S. Navy nuclear fleet and the global nuclear power generation industry.
