Job Description
Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is seeking a motivated Operations & Manufacturing Cooperative Education (Co-Op) Student to join our team for the Fall 2026 term. This role provides an excellent opportunity for current students to gain hands-on experience in operations and manufacturing, while actively contributing to interdisciplinary projects that directly support Qualitrol's success. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project management initiatives across operations and manufacturing.
- Contribute to process development and improvement activities.
- Support data analysis to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Provide production support in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in projects that directly contribute to operational excellence at Qualitrol. Education & Experience
- Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled and on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Field of study in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. What We Offer
