As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in support of our product line.Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing top-level and subassembly testing activities.
- Conducting tester certification and calibration.
- Troubleshooting test failures for production and field return assets.
- Performing acceptance testing in accordance with documented procedures.
- Populating test logs and data sheets.
- Compiling As-Built Lists (ABL).
- Generating Quality Notifications for hardware deficiencies.
- Documenting issues with Special Test Equipment (STE).
Additional Details:
Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.WHY JOIN US

Basic Qualifications- Familiarity with testing LRUs/SRUs using various equipment such as environmental chambers, testers, vibe equipments, etc.
- Be experienced with evaluation/troubleshooting test failures using diagnostic methods and tools.
- Adherence to quality procedures within the Product Test organization.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a Master's degree.
- Must be able to obtain a goverment security clearance for this position
- Desired Skills
- Knowledge of digital/RF circuitry.
- Knowledge of circuitry equipment: Oscilloscope, digital multimeter, high frequency measurements, testing, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, perform root cause analysis down to component level.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.
