Direct Hire Salary Range:
$80-100,000 We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, quality control, and project management. Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer Job in
Plainview, NY:
Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systems Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment Requirements of the Manufacturing Engineer Job in
Plainview, NY:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies Excellent project management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software Knowledge and proficiency in CNC programming. This position involves exposure to projects and contracts subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
