Manufacturing / Engineering Position Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and support the design, development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and systems. Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality, safety, and cost reduction. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, procedures, and technical documentation. Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet established specifications and standards. Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and other departments to identify and resolve manufacturing issues. Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of production and process problems. Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. Utilize CAD software to create, review, and modify technical drawings and designs. Support CNC programming and manufacturing operations as needed. Manage engineering and process improvement projects from conception through completion, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
