The Judge Group is seeking a Project Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Seneca Falls, NY area.

$85,000 - $105,000 Responsibilities Manage capital improvement projects from planning through implementation and start-up. Develop equipment specifications, process designs, facility layouts, and technical solutions. Coordinate activities with vendors, contractors, maintenance, and operations personnel. Lead project reviews, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Drive operational improvements focused on safety, efficiency, quality, and reliability. Support equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, employee training, and continuous improvement efforts. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering field. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing project engineering position. 3-5 years managing capital projects involving production or packaging equipment installations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and financial justification of projects. Proficiency with Autodesk products and CAD software. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. #JDP
