We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Own assembly processes for DPU modules: line design, fixtures, work instructions, and yield. What you'll do: Design assembly processes and stations Create work instructions and train the floor Drive yield and cycle-time improvements Own fixture and tooling development Run DFM feedback into design What you'll bring: 3+ years manufacturing engineering in electronics IPC standards and process control fluency Lean/Six Sigma valued BS in engineering Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
