Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Engineer to join our precision manufacturing team at BB&H Tool Co. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing part prints for manufacturing, creating product realization plans, managing CAD/CAM programs, and supporting machine tool uptime. This role is vital to ensuring holistic manufacturing processes, efficient manufacturing methods, and high-quality part fabrication in support of our customers in the food & beverage, utility, and defense sectors. Duties Review part prints, CAD models, and GD&T to develop manufacturing models and control plans. Work within the AS9100 QMS, including procedures, records, and continuous improvement. Manage internal program timelines to hit machine schedules and setups. Oversee the CNC machine floor and maintain equipment, CAM libraries, and priorities. Support first article, in-process, and final inspections. Interpret drawings and customer requirements to ensure manufacturing compliance. Investigate nonconformances and customer concerns through root cause and corrective action. Track quality metrics and communicate improvement opportunities to leadership. Qualifications Desire to work in precision machining, aerospace, defense, or custom manufacturing. Knowledge of systems-driven quality management systems. Strong ability to interpret blueprints, GD&T, inspection methods, and customer specifications. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
