A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking a Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer to support CNC machining operations and continuous improvement initiatives. This role combines CNC programming, manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and quality support in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations using Mastercam.
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
Troubleshoot machining and production challenges to improve efficiency and quality.
Support tooling, workholding, and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
Assist with quoting, new product introduction, and advanced quality planning.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities. Qualifications 5+ years of manufacturing engineering and/or CNC programming experience.
Strong Mastercam programming experience required
Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
Experience in a quality-focused manufacturing environment (AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar preferred).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
