Accepting Candidates About the role Join a high-impact engineering team focused on New Product Introduction (NPI) within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving process development, validation, and optimization to support new product launches. Key Responsibilities Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from concept through production Manage cross-functional projects to meet timelines and deliverables Perform process validation and equipment qualification activities Conduct statistical analysis to support validation and process improvements Analyze manufacturing capacity and drive efficiency improvements Support margin expansion initiatives and cost optimization (COGs) Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics 5-10 years of Manufacturing / Process Engineering experience Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer Strong project management experience in cross-functional environments Experience leading teams without direct reporting authority Experience managing suppliers and external technical resources Knowledge of product costing structures and cost of goods (COGs) Understanding of statistical analysis for validation and process control Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated manufacturing environments Lean Six Sigma certification
