Senior Manufacturing Engineer Details:
Direct Hire position $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 /annually Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Responsibilities Lead capital equipment installation and relocation projects. Manage contractors, project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance. Develop Scopes of Work (SOWs) and oversee equipment installations. Support equipment troubleshooting and continuous process improvements. Utilize AutoCAD for equipment layouts and engineering projects. Schedule & Travel Standard schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Up to 50% travel throughout North America. Travel is primarily Monday-Friday, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work based on project needs. Travel Benefits Company-paid rental car, hotel, and meals while traveling away from your home plant. Company credit card provided for travel expenses. Travel arrangements and expense reporting are managed through Concur. Employment sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates on a case-by-case basis based on the type and timing of sponsorship required.
Senior Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 7-10 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Experience leading capital equipment installation projects. Experience managing contractors, project schedules, budgets, and Scopes of Work (SOWs). Hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards, including contractor safety. Proficiency with AutoCAD (3D CAD is a plus). Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
