Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer , The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plastics manufacturing and will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, increasing productivity, reducing costs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support and optimize plastics manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot production and quality issues. Improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and increase efficiency. Optimize molding processes, tooling, and material utilization. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Partner with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams. Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards. Assist with process validation, equipment reliability, and capital projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a plastics manufacturing environment. Experience with one or more of the following: Injection Molding Blow Molding Extrusion Thermoforming Strong knowledge of process improvement and root cause analysis. Experience with OSHA safety standards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
