A growing manufacturing company in the industrial automation space is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve production processes in a fast-paced environment. Job Summary This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high product quality. Key Responsibilities Design and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste Support fabrication operations including CNC and sheet metal processing Troubleshoot production and process issues on the shop floor Develop and maintain work instructions and process documentation Partner with quality teams to resolve defects and implement corrective actions Apply continuous improvement and lean methodologies Assist with equipment selection, setup, and maintenance coordination Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain Train production personnel on processes and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Experience supporting fabrication, machining, or assembly processes Familiarity with CAD software (any major platform) Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma or Lean certification Experience with automation or CNC equipment Exposure to ERP or manufacturing systems What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits Growth opportunities Team-oriented work environment
