Regional Technical Sales | Industrial Manufacturing You understand how things are made. You enjoy walking a manufacturing floor, talking with engineers and maintenance teams, asking questions, and figuring out how to solve a problem. And you're good with people. That combination might make you a strong fit for technical sales.
THE JOB IS SIMPLE GO SEE IT.
Walk plants, mills, manufacturing facilities and customer operations. See the equipment. Understand the application. Learn what isn't working.
FIGURE IT OUT.
Talk with engineers, plant managers, maintenance leaders and reliability teams about gears, gearboxes, rotating equipment and power transmission challenges.
BRING THE RIGHT PEOPLE TOGETHER.
Work with our engineering and manufacturing teams to develop the right solution.
BUILD THE RELATIONSHIP.
Become the person customers call when they have an equipment problem, new application, rebuild or replacement need.

" We're interested in engineers and technical professionals who have:
  • A strong manufacturing or engineering foundation
  • The ability to read drawings and understand industrial equipment
  • Curiosity about how equipment works and why it fails
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence walking onto a manufacturing floor and talking with customers
  • An interest in developing business and owning customer relationships Experience with gears, gearboxes, bearings, motors, drives, rotating equipment, industrial maintenance or power transmission is especially valuable.
WHAT YOU'LL REPRESENT
Custom precision gearing. Engineered gearboxes. Gearbox rebuilds and repairs. Reverse engineering. Replacement gearing and spare parts. Engineering and field support. You'll work with customers across heavy manufacturing, oil and gas, mining, steel, power generation, marine, rail, defense and other industrial markets.
