Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the design, development, and testing of engineering projects. 2. Create and update drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software. 3. Organize and maintain project documentation and data. 4. Identify and optimize a process to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and optimize material usage. 5. Analyze current quality control processes, identify common defects and their root causes, and propose solutions to improve product quality. 6. Present project outcomes to leadership. 7. Other duties as assigned. Performance Measures and Outcomes 1. Project completion Education/Certification Level Required Currently enrolled or a recent graduate of engineering program (i.e. Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics) Hold a minimum of a 3.0 GPA Work Experience Desired Prior experience with prototyping, testing, or CAD software #ORBIS #LI-MR1
